The tracker collects pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers, pages viewed, page titles and URL paths, referring source, UTM information, engagement time, scroll depth, configured conversion events, device type, browser, operating system, screen information, website-performance measurements, and JavaScript errors. Approximate city or regional location may be provided by trusted CDN headers.

Digital Pattern Analytics is limited to interactions with the public website. It does not access patient records, clinical systems, computers, networks, email, EMR/EHR systems, or other Pacific Hospice systems.

Visitors must not submit protected health information, medical records, diagnoses, or confidential clinical information through analytics events or general website forms.

IP address collection is disabled by default. An authorized administrator may explicitly enable it for this website. When enabled, the full IP address is encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. Plaintext IP addresses are not intentionally stored or displayed. The encrypted IP value is permanently removed within no more than seven days. A non-reversible HMAC-SHA256 identifier and coarse geographic information may be retained for deduplication, website security, fraud and bot detection, troubleshooting, and aggregate reporting.

• Optional Digital Pattern Analytics loads only after the visitor accepts analytics.

• Browser storage may include dp_vid for the pseudonymous visitor identifier, dp_sid for the current session, and the existing consent-preference key.
